Five rungs. One ring.

Every rung starts at the trivial bar, norm q = 12,289 (normSq 151,019,521), and a new record must cut the squared norm by at least 2%. Each portrait is that ring's real fingerprint: the n roots of xⁿ + 1 mod 12289, laid on a 111 by 111 grid of residues. The instance h for each rung does not exist until drand picks it after launch.
